The Aqua Set

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we accept returns and exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and the hygienic liner fully intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by MÉ Swim.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and hygienic liners intact.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email meswimstore@hotmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return (optional but appreciated)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
